For customers - it dosn't make sense to show customer reviews. They get it, that's why they're ac ustomer! Instead, you can use dynamic content to change this CTA from "SHOW" to "GET". Since they're a customer, you can ask to give you a review. You might not want to put this right by a "Open Ticket" CTA howeber... :)

The H1, Body Content, and CTA are all in Dynamic Content - We can use HML (Handlebar Merge Language) Or Variable Fields to help personalize this content within Dynamic Content and bring it to the Pardot Landing page OR Wordpress / your CMS of choice! Remember, Dyanmic content isn't just for pardot... It be embeded anywhere with the script provided by Pardot!
Note a little trick here - I did First Name > Contains > a;b;c;d;e;f... ";" Means OR and "," means AND. So this is looking to make sure First Name at minumum as one of these letters in it IE: ≠ Blank. A great little trick! You might also want to REMOVE spammy names like: asdf;test;tester, and other undesired items you might now want showing up on your page! :)
